You’ll work directly with Foremen, Superintendents, project teams, and field crews to establish and maintain precise layout and survey controls throughout the project.\nThis is a hands-on, field-based positionwhere your technical expertise will directly impact the quality, efficiency, and success of our construction projects.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerform precise site layoutand manage construction planningto ensure project accuracy.\nExecute and maintain horizontal and vertical survey controlusing advanced tools such as GPS, levels, and total stations.\nMonitor and maintain project safetyand quality standardsat all times.\nOrganize and oversee project documentation, including survey notes, correspondence, submittals, and RFIs.\nDeliver weekly as-built reportson all completed work.\nCollaborate with the site Foreman/Superintendent to ensure project specifications are met.\nAssist in formwork and falsework designif qualifications align.\nMaintain all issued survey equipment and electronics.\nQualifications\nProficiency in reading and interpreting drawingsand specifications.\nStrong ability in geometrical and mathematical calculations.\nExpertise in surveying toolsand site layout processes.\nSolid knowledge of basic computer systems and software.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nReliable transportation and a willingness to travel frequently.\nPhysical & Field Requirements\nThis is an active, field-based position that requires regular presence on construction jobsites.
