This role will ensure projects are properly planned, scheduled, and executed while meeting or exceeding operational, production, and cost objectives.\nThis is an opportunity for a construction professional with experience in the crane and tilt-wall industrywho understands lift planning, project logistics, concrete construction, and the coordination required to successfully execute complex lifting operations.\nThe Project Manager will work closely with customers, estimating, project management, operations teams, crane operators, vendors, and field personnel to develop project plans and ensure successful execution.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Full Tilt Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning and coordination of crane projects while supporting safe, efficient, and cost-effective project execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nEstimate and develop project budgets, including analysis of crane costs for internal preconstruction pursuits.\nCommunicate with prospective clients regarding upcoming projects and project requirements while maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.\nPrepare estimates and bids for external lifting opportunities with oversight from the Full Tilt General Manager.\nReview awarded projects with the internal team and develop execution strategies and project plans.\nDevelop comprehensive 3D lift plans and Critical Lift Plansas required by the General Contractor.\nCompile FullTilt Crane Services documentation for project submittals, including inspections, employee certifications, and rigging certifications.\nPrepare ground bearing pressure mapsand crane road plans, including paths and access requirements.\nCommunicate ground bearing pressure requirements and create panel layouts and logistics plans as needed.\nAttend Martin DWP and Pre-Tilt Meetings and document and communicate proposed crane plans with Martin project management and field teams to ensure alignment prior to execution.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying and resolving crane and operator scheduling conflicts.\nAssist with the management, coordination, and adjustment of ongoing projects and identify and escalate project risks to the Full Tilt General Manager.\nAssist the Full Tilt General Manager in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of project lifts and crane operators.\nCoordinate and schedule third-party and additional crane services as needed, reviewing proposals for cost, scope, and potential project risks.\nCoordinate internal and external welding services required for projects.\nMaintain accurate employee, equipment, and project documentation, including timecards, expense submissions, and pricing for change order work outside the original scope.\nPrepare, monitor, and follow up on customer billing and monthly P&L statementsto ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.\nMaintain strong working relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and project teams.\nEnsure project work is performed in compliance with Martin Construction Group's mission, core values, safety culture, policies, procedures, and practices.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in the crane and tilt-wall industry, with knowledge of concrete tilt panels, DOT rules and regulations, and crane industry methods and requirements.\nExperience creating lift plans, panel layouts, and project logistics plans.\nKnowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.\nExtensive knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methods.\nIn-depth knowledge of project safety and OSHA standards.\nAbility to independently identify and resolve complex issues.\nAbility to create and maintain positive working relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.\nEffective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nProven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.\nStrong multitasking and organizational skills.\nDemonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.\nDriven to continue learning about the technical aspects of concrete construction.\nAbility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.\nAbility to work nights and out of town when necessary.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation required for jobsite travel.\nPreferred Qualifications\nOSHA Certification\nFirst Aid & CPR Certification\nBilingual (English/Spanish)\nPhysical & Travel Requirements\nThis position requires regular visits to active construction jobsites and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation.\nThe Project Manager must be able to:\nStand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods while performing site visits and inspections.\nSafely access crane cabs, ladders, scaffolding, and elevated or uneven jobsite areas.\nOccasionally lift and carry equipment or materials up to 25 pounds.\nObserve rigging operations, hand signals, and jobsite hazards with sufficient visual and auditory acuity, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nTravel regularly to active jobsites throughout the assigned region, including multiple sites in a single day.\nTravel on short notice to support scheduled or emergent lifts.\nComplete occasional overnight and out-of-town
