This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading complex concrete projects, and takes pride in delivering high quality work on time and on budget.\nAs a Project Manager, you will oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish, working closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and leadership. You will play a key role in planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution, making sure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.\nThis position is based in Ladson, SC; however, based on project and contractual needs, the role may require full-time assignment at job sites, along with travel as required.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout\nWork full-time from assigned job sites as needed, coordinating closely with field teams, clients, and leadership\nCreate and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans\nReview project labor costs weekly with Superintendents to ensure budgets are maintained\nOversee project productivity, cost control, quality, and safety in line with company policies\nCoordinate with operations teams on formwork, logistics, schedules, and budgets\nCommunicate regularly with clients to ensure plans, schedules, and expectations are aligned\nManage material buyouts and ensure timely delivery to jobsites\nPrepare and issue change orders, proposals, RFPs, budgets, and preliminary schedules\nTrack project progress, quality of work, and overall performance\nAttend client and internal meetings and assist with project requirement planning\nMaintain contract execution logs and manage change notices and documentation\nEnsure all required project closeout documents are completed\nShare lessons learned and contribute ideas to improve company processes\nKeep executive management informed of project status and potential issues\nRequirements\nMinimum of 5 years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field\nStrong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methods\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills\nAbility to identify and resolve complex construction challenges\nProven ability to work independently and as part of a team\nComfortable working in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines\nWillingness to travel to jobsites as needed\nPreferred Experience\nOSHA Certification\nBilingual English Spanish\nExperience with AutoCAD or Tekla\nWhy Join Martin Concrete Construction?\nAt Martin Concrete Construction, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
