(Yes, even Antarctica!)\nView our 2025 Year in Review here.\nThe Team\nOur investigative engineers are pivotal in supporting ongoing projects by planning and implementing repairs, renovations, and improvements for buildings and sites.\nResponsibilities\nAssists in conceptual design.\nAssists in fee determination and proposal preparation.\nEstablishes a QA/QC plan for each project.\nActs as a mentor for younger engineers and assists with their career development.\nAttends project meetings and represents Martin/Martin, Inc. during design and construction.\nFollows up on collection of account receivables.\nRequirements\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum \nMinimum of 9 years progressive engineering experience\n1 year of professional experience equivalencies include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, OR passing the 16-hour NCEES structural engineering exam\nPrior experience with ASCE 41 and the International Existing Building Code\n5+ years of project management experience, including demonstrated ability to take a project from inception to final completion\nMust be eligible to work for any employer within the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nAbility to work in the San Francisco Bay Area.
