Walton School of Medicine, and Harborcenter.\nResponsibilities\nManages engineering and technician staff to complete projects\nCoordinates structural design scope in-house and with other consultants\nDevelops, monitors, and manages project work plans, schedules, and design budgets\nServes as the primary point-of-contact with clients and contractors for their projects throughout design and construction\nDevelops and implements project specific QA/QC plans\nActs as a mentor and resource for less-experienced staff and assists with their career development\nAttends project meetings and represents Martin/Martin, Inc. during design and construction\nTakes an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships\nRequirements\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited engineering curriculum\n9 years progressive engineering experience\nThe following each count as 1 year of progressive engineering experience: Master's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering\n Successful completion of the 16-hour NCEES structural engineering exam \n\nMust be eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future\nAbility to work in the Albuquerque area.
