(Yes, even Antarctica!)\nView our 2025 Year in Review here.\nThe Team\nOur structural engineering teams provide custom solutions for new constructions and expansions, with a strong record in notable projects like Coors Field.\nResponsibilities\nProject Management: Lead and manage engineering and technician staff to successfully complete projects.\nCoordination: Oversee structural design scope, coordinating in-house and with other consultants.\nPlanning and Budgeting: Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets.\nClient Interaction: Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients and contractors throughout the design and construction phases.\nQuality Assurance: Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans.\nMentorship: Act as a mentor and resource for less-experienced staff, assisting with their career development.\nRepresentation: Attend project meetings and represent Martin/Martin during design and construction.\nRelationship Building: Take an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships.\nRequirements\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited engineering curriculum\n9 years progressive engineering experience\n1 year of professional experience equivalencies include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, OR passing the 16-hour NCEES structural engineering exam \nMust be eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nAbility to work in the Denver area.
