Our top projects include Coors Field, Chase Field, Colorado Convention Center, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and Denver International Airport.\nWith ten office locations and a staff of 400+, we have project experience in all 50 states and on all seven continents.\nView our 2025 Year in Review here.\nResponsibilities\nWork with employees to identify needs, evaluate ideas, and develop custom applications, automations, and project production tools\nManage requests and priorities in coordination with supervisor\nEstablish processes for reviewing, approving, improving, and distributing employee-developed software aligned with company priorities, technical standards, and security requirements\nGuide software projects through their full life cycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, support, maintenance, enhancement, and eventual replacement or retirement\nEstablish practices for source control, code review, testing, documentation, and release management. Review and validate software produced with approved AI development tools\nMaintain an inventory of custom software that identifies each tool’s purpose, owner, dependencies, support needs, and update schedule\nCoordinate with IT on cybersecurity, data protection, access, hosting, updates, and support \nIdentify and manage risks involving security, privacy, reliability, intellectual property, and long-term maintainability\nProvide guidance and support to employees developing their own tools\nCoordinate with engineering departments to validate calculations and outputs used in project or client-facing tools\nRecommend when to build a tool internally, purchase an existing solution, or engage an outside developer. Coordinate the work of outside developers\nTrack software adoption, performance, and user feedback to guide improvements\nRequirements\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and demonstrated software development experience\nMinimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software applications\nMust be eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future\nAbility to work in the Denver area.
