With more than 50 years of experience and an expanding presence across Wisconsin, we deliver dependable solutions for homes, businesses, and communities and we’re hiring people who want to make a real difference.\nRole Overview\nProvide ongoing service, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and upgrades for electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, and alarm systems) to ensure continuous, reliable protection for customers.\nPerform physical and technical implementation of company products and deliver high-quality service to maintain customer satisfaction and system uptime.\nKey Responsibilities\nInspect, test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and related components.\nPerform routine and scheduled maintenance, battery and siren testing, keypad programming, and component replacement.\nProgram, network, configure, and commission software and hardware as required.\nPromptly report defective materials, equipment, or inaccuracies that may impact customer protection.\nDemonstrate system operation to customers and explain causes/consequences of false alarms and system behavior.\nMaintain accurate service records, complete work orders, and communicate clearly with supervisors and customers.\nProvide excellent customer service aligned with company mission and standards.\nMay be required to respond to after-hours calls, weekends, and holidays (on-call responsibilities as assigned).\nQualifications\nPreferred: 3-5+ years experience servicing Access Control and CCTV security systems for enterprise/industrial customers.\nAlternative/entry-level: 1-2 years alarm service and low-voltage experience preferred but not required.\nStrong networking and IT background; comfortable with IP networking, switches, VLANs, and basic server/client configurations.\nProficient in troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems, reading schematics, and using diagnostic tools.\nProblem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
