This internship will provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about people and organizational development.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.\nSupport onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.\nMaintain employee records and update HR databases.\nAssist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.\nHandle HR administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.\nResearch HR best practices and assist in policy development.\nSupport payroll, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks.\nRespond to employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.\nOther tasks and duties assigned by the manager.\nQUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nBasic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
