You'll split your time between design (social posts, website graphics, case study and blog visuals) and video (editing, motion graphics, shorts, and reels). You'll work directly with our Video and UX Lead, so you'll learn production craft on real projects from your first week.\nWe care more about your portfolio and how fast you learn than your degree or years of experience.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign\nDesign social media creatives for Maruti Techlabs on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other channels: static posts, carousels, and banners\nCreate graphics for the marketing website, including case study visuals, blog headers, infographics, and illustrations\nFollow brand guidelines and keep visuals consistent across every channel\nVideo\nHelp plan and run video shoots: setup, B-roll, and organising footage\nEdit raw footage into finished videos, including cuts, pacing, colour, audio clean-up, and subtitles\nCreate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and on-screen text for videos\nProduce short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn video), cut down from long videos or made from scratch\nGeneral\nTake feedback and turn revisions around quickly\nKeep project files and asset libraries organised\nKeep up with design, video, and AI tool trends and suggest ideas\nSkills and requirements\nMust have\nA portfolio showing both design work and edited videos (college, freelance, or personal projects all count)\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or Figma\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Filmora\nA solid grasp of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy\nA feel for pacing and storytelling in short-form video\nGood written English for captions, on-screen text, and briefs\nGood to have\nAdvanced motion graphics or animation skills\nExperience with Canva, CapCut, or AI tools such as Firefly, Runway, or Midjourney\nBasic camera, lighting, and audio knowledge\nA degree or diploma in design, animation, multimedia, or film (not required with a strong portfolio)\nInterest in B2B tech or SaaS
