In this position, the intern will learn the skills required for CAD automation developments in pre-silicon environments.What You Can Expect\nSupport the development, deployment, and maintenance of CAD methodologies, design flows, and automation tools for Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) and Photonics/Optics IC design.\nDevelop Python, SKILL, TCL, and other scripting solutions to improve design productivity, automation, and flow integration.\nAssist in creating and maintaining PDK-related utilities, design environment setup, verification, and AI-Assisted design flows.\nWork closely with analog, and optics design engineers to understand design challenges and develop effective CAD solutions.\nDebug and resolve issues related to design environments, simulation setups, LVS, DRC, PEX, and reliability verification flows.\nSupport APAC region (Singapore, Vietnam, India, Taiwan), inclusive of US timezone.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields.\nBasic understanding of analog/mixed-signal IC design concepts, semiconductor devices, and IC design methodologies.\nKnowledge of silicon photonics design is an advantage.\nGood knowledge of Python scripting.\nUser level Knowledge of the Unix operating system.\nGood level of English (spoken and written)\nGood analysis and problem-solving skills.
