You’ll gain hands-on experience in internal communications, event execution, and project management-perfect for someone interested in communications, operations, or project management.What You Can Expect\nHelp onboard new interns by supporting pre-hire communications and events, swag creation and distribution, and more! \nMaintain landing pages for pre and post-hire resources, newsletters, and slide decks \nAssist with coordination of internal trainings for the intern managers and mentors \nPlan intern events (kickoffs, socials, networking, and developmental sessions) \nSupport communications: draft and send newsletters, program updates, calendar invites, and Slack messages \nMaintain the intern program calendar, schedule meetings, and help with basic reports and data management (excel) \nRemotely coordinate logistics for our 15+ North America intern offices (Zoom support, catering, room bookings, expensing, and shared team email alias) \nWork cross-functionally with support teams such as HR, Communications, Marketing, IT, site security, etc. \nCreate and analyze surveys, recap documents, and feedback summaries post-events \nSupport global intern initiatives such as our annual Global Intern Event, swag logistics, and communications\nWhat We're Looking For\nEnrolled in a co-op eligible program in Communications, Operations, Event Management, Marketing, HR, Business Admin, or some related focus. Not majoring in any of these?
