Our vision is to deliver industry-leading, cutting-edge, adult learning solutions and organization development consulting, to equip individuals, teams, and the organization to grow and thrive.What You Can Expect\nManage Marvell’s early career onboarding program globally, working with regional leaders to launch efforts in new locations and continuously improve current programs for scalability and impact.\nHelp evolve the strategy and roadmap for the early career onboarding program, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, scale, ROI, and program data. \nDefine, design, develop and deliver learning initiatives and curricula for non-technical, professional development skills across Marvell.\nConduct needs assessments and design and / or curate learning solutions through direct content development and/or sourcing and selection of external content.\nApply project management skills, including tracking milestones and key risks, to ensure smooth execution and maintain stakeholder alignment.\nDevelop methods for measuring program and solution effectiveness; collect data and track progress.\nOversee communication strategy to ensure program engagement with relevant stakeholders.\nApply proven facilitation techniques for group learning and discussions, including active listening, effective questioning, role modeling key skills or behaviors, flip chart techniques, and coaching group activities.\nIndependently resolve problems and issues within the scope of assignments.\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholder groups to identify existing and emerging needs.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related field.\nMinimum of 7 years of experience as a performance consultant or training professional, with a proven ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse individuals and groups of stakeholders.\nStrong instructional background, with demonstrated experience designing, managing, and scaling global programs.\nStrong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously\nExperience working across global or cross-regional teams\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve objectives.\nHigh degree of initiative and ownership; comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.\nAnalytical mindset with experience using data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement\nExcellent presentation, training, and facilitation skills with both management and individual contributor audiences in a corporate environment.\nExperience using AI tools and new technologies for solution design, development and analysis strongly preferred.\nExcellent prioritization and organizational skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing early career, new graduate, or onboarding initiatives\nExperience in semiconductor industry or engineering environment\nChange management experience a plus\nExpected Base Pay Range (USD)\n108,940 - 163,200, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.\nAdditional Compensation and Benefit Elements\nMarvell is committed to providing exceptional, comprehensive benefits that support our employees at every stage - from internship to retirement and through life’s most important moments.
