Many of the same technologies have been utilized in Marvell storage system solutions products, powering PCs, servers, cloud, and enterprise systems.What You Can Expect\nDesign, layout and test Silicon Photonic devices and subsystems\nRun, maintain, service and upgrade a die-level probe station for testing opto-electronic integrated circuits (ICs): Silicon Photonics passive and active devices.\nSet-up ad-hoc optical/ electrical / opto-electrical measurements to characterize various optical / electrical / opto-electrical components.\nAnalysis of experimental data.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience with design of passive and active silicon photonics components and with the use of photonic/opto-electronic device simulation tools (Lumerical, Photon Design, RSoft, VPI or similar)\nExperience with physical design/layout tools (Cadence, Mentor or similar)\nExperience with Photonics test platforms and related software and hardware development\nAbility to collect and analyze large datasets (i.e. experience with JMP, DataConductor or similar data analysis tools)\nRequires either a Master’s degree in photonics and work experience (> 5 years) in a relevant company or a PhD on relevant photonic technologies (Silicon Photonics, active and/or passive optical components, high-speed optical links)\nRight to work in Greece (EU citizenship or existing visa/work permit in Greece)\nAttributes\nSelf-starter\nThrives in a highly collaborative and dynamic work environment\nHas excellent oral and written communication skills\nCreativity in problem-solving with strong attention to detail\ngies here, so we learn new things frequently and share with our colleagues.\n\nExpected Base Pay Range\n2,125 - 2,875 EUR per monthThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
