You will part of a dynamic product engineering team working on most advanced technologies. Working at Marvell is fun, exciting and lot of growth potential within the company. You will work closely with Test, Hardware, Design and Firmware engineering teams to design, develop, and debug products and solutions.In this role you will be partnered with a senior Product Engineer team member who will serve as your mentor, teaching and guiding you through the inner workings of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Mass Production Release (MPR).\nWhat You Can Expect\nYou will be assigned to support multiple Product Engineering related activities such as:\nTest Program Verification and Debug \nFailure Analysis and Device Characterization \nExecution or Coordination of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and System Level Test (SLT) Operations \nCompiling and Presenting Engineering Analysis Reports \nDPPM Analysis and Yield Reporting \nIn addition, you will be responsible for completing an engineering project under the guidance of your mentor. The project will focus on completion of a core subset of NPI deliverables or solving a technical challenge during NPI. At the end of this project, you will get an opportunity to share and present details of your engineering project to a wide audience including other interns.\nInternship Learning Outcomes\nSupporting high-volume manufacturing services from NPI, MPR to sustaining stages.\nWork with Test Engineering to deliver Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test and automation.\nDrive ATE operation for device test debug, device functionality, testability, and characterization.\nSupport the manufacturing process from Fab process, wafer sort, package assembly, backend testing, characterization, and qualification.\nSupport early production testing, and transfer products test to mass production offshore.\nDrive for the best possible yield at technology and design capability by contributing in debug (Yield, Test, and Design related issues).\nDrive manufacturing cost reduction and quality improvement.\nParticipate in failure analysis (ATE, Bench, Physical) at product level.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or relevant disciplines.\nSecondary major or specialization in Data Analytics is a plus.\nStrong organizational, data analytical and communications skills\nGood understanding of data analysis tools such as JMP or statistical tools\nGood problem-solving skills.\n\nAdditional Compensation and Benefit Elements\nWith competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
