Day to day, the team tracks project status against milestones, runs stage-gate governance reviews, coordinates vendor SOWs and budgets, and keeps cross-functional stakeholders aligned from kickoff through go-live. This governance discipline allows Marvell's IT function to execute large number of concurrent initiatives spanning all BUs and sites worldwide without losing visibility or accountability.
