Marvell has a strong Sales and Marketing team who accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans and managing staff aligned with the corporate strategy for mutual success of the company and customers

What You Can Expect

The selected candidate must have a solid track record of managing complex accounts. In depth knowledge of US Hyperscalers and understanding of Marvell product technologies is desirable. This Account Manager will be responsible for delivering success against sales targets, generating new business opportunities and growing relationships and revenue at assigned account.

• Acquire in depth knowledge about customer details (locations, resources, applications, target markets, and Marvell opportunities).
• Identify and establish relationships with customer contacts, including executive levels.
• Establish and improve Marvell supplier status.
• Identify, support and track Marvell relevant opportunities in collaboration with application engineering and product lines.
• Coordinate Quality, Logistic, Finance and Legal matters between customers and respective Marvell departments.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and Marvell departments to ensure global coordination of account efforts to deliver on company account goals.
• Deliver product feedback to business units to ensure the voice of the customer is recognized.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Completion of an accredited Bachelor of Science degree within an engineering discipline.
• 8+ years semiconductor sales experience with a consistent and demonstrated track record exceeding quota and excelling in highly competitive automotive markets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience interacting with Business Units / Sales / Sales Operations / Factory Planning / Finance
• Very good presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in negotiating complex deals that meet strategic revenue goals.
• Resourceful and responsive to change - thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Team player.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

154,820 - 231,910, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
