trust and alignment across engineering, operations, product management, customers, and external partners.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.\n15+ years of leadership experience in networking, switching, data center infrastructure, or AI system development.\nProven experience leading hardware and systems engineering organizations.\nDeep expertise in networking and switch-based platform development.\nStrong experience designing and delivering complex boards and integrated systems.\nExtensive experience with system bring-up, validation, qualification, and production deployment.\nHands-on experience working with ODMs, subcontractors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.\nExperience developing rack-scale infrastructure, AI systems, networking platforms, or data center solutions.\nProven success building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments.\nStrong background creating engineering processes, governance, development methodologies, and execution frameworks.\nTrack record of delivering complex products from concept through customer deployment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AI infrastructure, Ethernet switching, optical interconnects, or rack-scale architectures.\nKnowledge of high-speed interfaces including Ethernet, PCIe, UALink, and advanced interconnect technologies.\nExperience supporting hyperscale customer deployments.\nFamiliarity with large-scale board manufacturing and system integration environments.\nExperience leading globally distributed engineering organizations\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (PhD a plus)\nExpected Base Pay Range (USD)\n213,240 - 319,400, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience,
