You will also have close interaction with Logic Design/Physical design/STA/ATE teams as needed.\nWhat You Can Expect\nThe candidate Marvell is looking for will have:\nVery good knowledge on SCAN/ATPG/JTAG/MBIST\nGood knowledge about running tile level and chip level STA flows\nExperience with one or more chip tapeout that included full timing closure responsibility\nProven experience on gate level simulations with notiming and SDF based simulations for DTT modes\nProven experience on Test structures for DFT, IP Integration, ATPG Fault models, test point insertion, coverage improvement techniques\nProven experience in Scan insertion techniques at block level and Chip top level\nGood knowledge on Test mode timing constraints\nCross domain knowledge to resolve DFT issues with design, synthesis, Physical design, STA team\nProficiency in Industry standard Tools for Scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST and JTAG.
