You will own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) order management process, from quotation and order booking through shipment, billing, and after-sales RMA support. You will also manage accounts, align forecasts, and ensure every transaction complies with trade regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.\nWhat You Can Expect\nOwn order management across the full QTC lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance at every stage.\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned new and existing regional customers, accounts, or product lines.\nRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, partnering with regional sales, business units, demand and supply planning, and other stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.\nHandle customer returns (RMA) in line with company policies and guidelines, ensuring timely resolution.\nConduct regular reviews with customers on forecast versus bookings, billings, and backlog, and work with business units and operations teams to align supply, drive forecast accuracy, and ensure on-time delivery.\nManage 3PL hub operations, including forecast analysis, replenishment planning, consumption projections, and inventory optimization, ensuring aged materials are consumed within contractual terms.\nSupport new business strategies and operational plans, such as coordinating sample shipments to meet customer qualifications and pilot-run timelines.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThis role suits someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, who enjoys partnering with sales, supply planning, and business teams to solve problems and improve how the organization serves its customers.\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent qualification.\n2-3 years of experience in order management or sales operations.
