This role partners with leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts to support onboarding, safety, quality, compliance, technical skill development, and leader capability. The Partner also helps maintain learning systems, training records, and reporting while using feedback and performance data to improve the effectiveness of learning solutions.\nHighlights of your role\nAssess training and development needs in partnership with site or business leaders and align learning priorities to business needs.\nDesign, coordinate, and deliver learning solutions for onboarding, compliance, safety, quality, technical skills, and role development.\nPartner with trainers, supervisors, and subject matter experts to develop materials, support knowledge transfer, and strengthen training consistency.\nMaintain training records, learning assignments, and LMS administration activities, and support required reporting for the facility or business.\nEvaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, observation, and performance data, and recommend improvements when needed.\nSupport change initiatives, process updates, and operational priorities by ensuring learning plans and communication are clear and practical.\nBuild strong working relationships across Operations, HR, EHS, Quality, and other partners to support employee development and business performance.\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nBachelor’s degree in education, human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience in learning and development, training, instructional design, facilitation, or operations support.\nAbility to build partnerships, influence others, and work effectively across functions and levels of the organization.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, facilitation skills, and attention to detail.\nExperience with learning systems, training records, reporting, or other administrative learning processes.\nExperience in manufacturing, operations, or other fast-paced business environments is preferred.\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
