In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers-guiding them toward the right solutions and setting the stage for successful sales appointments.\nHighlights of your role\nEngage with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat to understand their needs\nEducate prospects on our products and services, and assess if we’re the right fit\nMaintain consistent follow-up with leads to advance conversations toward scheduled appointments\nUse standardized scripts and vetting criteria to capture all key information\nReview past customer interactions and proactively reschedule missed appointments\nAccurately input customer details and project information into Salesforce\nRefer leads we can’t serve to our trusted business partners\nCompensation: $20-$23 per hour, based on experience\nSchedule\nEvening and weekend availability is required\nShifts include (but are not limited to):8:00 AM - 5:00 PM\n10:00 AM - 7:00 PM\n12:00 PM - 9:00 PM\n\nYou’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is required.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilities\nProficiency with computers and CRM systems (such as Salesforce)\nAbility to remain calm and professional under pressure\nSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic\nWe invite you to see yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
