# Process Technician

Job Overview Interested in putting your mechanical and problem-solving skills to work while building advanced manufacturing expertise? Marvin Composites is hiring Process Technicians to manufacture fiberglass components using a continuous production process called pultrusion. In this role, you'll set up and operate equipment while learning how materials, tooling, equipment, and production settings work together to affect product quality and process performance. You'll monitor conditions, troubleshoot problems, make process adjustments, and help maintain safe and consistent production. You'll excel if you bring strong mechanical aptitude, practical problem-solving skills, and experience in a technical or manufacturing environment. Experience with machining, plastics, composites, automated equipment, machine setup and changeovers, maintenance, skilled trades, or continuous manufacturing may transfer well to this role. Previous pultrusion experience is not required.
