This position is responsible for observing equipment to provide feedback to the Maintenance Supervisor as needed. You will work Monday through Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am with overtime on Friday's as scheduled.\nHighlights of your role\nWork closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, providing feedback and ideas before any implementation of controls changes. (i.e. wiring changes, programming changes, or part change out such as VFD, servo motors) \nObserves functioning of installed equipment to detect hazards, problems and the need for service.\nUtilize PLC programming software to troubleshoot equipment.\nWork efficiently with work order system (EAM) to document repairs and PM maintenance throughout the plant.\nTraces problems related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.\nMaintains backups of programs from all electrical devices.\nDemonstrate strong ability to use tools such as a digital multi-meter and schematic diagrams.\nWorks closely with maintenance to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.\nConcisely and accurately documents set-points and parameters for equipment.\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\n2-years experience in a closely related role is required\nAssociate’s degree in a technical-related field is strongly preferred\nMust be able to obtain forklift and aerial platform licenses\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have Enterprise Asset Management software experience and ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs proficiently\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
