In this role, you’ll manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, presentations, correspondence, and meeting logistics while helping advance key marketing initiatives. If you’re proactive, resourceful, and skilled at building trusted partnerships across teams, we invite you to apply today.\nHighlights of your role\nCoordinate complex business and personal calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage frequent adjustments involving internal and external contacts.\n\nPlan meetings and travel for the Senior Director and marketing leadership, including agendas, presentation materials, technology, catering, venues, and participant arrangements.\n\nPrepare correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up communications by gathering, organizing, and analyzing information.\n\nSupport key marketing and organizational initiatives by maintaining project schedules, tracking action items, and helping ensure commitments are completed on time.\n\nAnticipate business needs and recommend arrangements or process improvements that support effective time management and efficient operations.\n\nReview and process expenses and paid time off requests for the marketing leadership team accurately and efficiently.\n\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nA high school diploma or GED.\n\n5+ years of senior executive-level administrative support experience.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and close attention to detail.\n\nExcellent written and interpersonal communication skills, along with the discretion to handle highly confidential information.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\nAlso want to make sure you have\nA bachelor’s degree is preferred.\n\nPrevious experience working in or supporting a marketing department is preferred.\n\nA proactive, resourceful approach and the flexibility to support changing priorities, special projects, and ad hoc needs.\n\nThe ability to work independently, collaborate with executive administrative partners, and build trust across teams.\n\nStrong organizational judgment, professional maturity, integrity, and a commitment to finding effective ways to improve how work gets done.\n\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
