This role conducts regular cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and ensures efficient material flow to support production operations. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with inventory systems, and the ability to collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams. Safe operation of powered industrial equipment is required for accessing inventory at elevated heights.\nWork Schedule:\n Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm\nHighlights of your role\nMonitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production. \nConduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy. \nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. \nAbility to safely use a Motorized Industrial Man Up Picker to count parts in top levels of warehouse (heights could be in excess of 15+ feet) \nCoordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to manage inventory movements. \nGenerate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. \nPromote a culture of safety and integrity by reporting hazards and participating in training initiatives. \nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nHigh School diploma or GED required. \nMinimum of 2-3 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. \nProficiency with Enterprise Asset Management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. \nAbility to safely operate powered industrial equipment and obtain necessary certifications (forklift, aerial lift). \nComfortable working at heights (15+ feet) and lifting up to 30 lbs. \nEffective communication and ability to work collaboratively across departments. \nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
