Work closely with IT management to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.\nHighlights of your role\nAssist in the administration and support of Network and Systems Management.\nAssist in managing security and support of SharePoint site\nParticipate in IT project development, solution modeling, and execution.\nParticipate as a member of the Helpdesk to log and resolve support incidents.\nParticipate as a member of the work order system to log labor, order parts and equipment, create and close IS\nTroubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on network equipment, servers, computers, printers, scanners, and other devices.\nProvides direct support by phone, email, and in person for on-site and off-site end-users.\nConfigure and install new computers, printers, network devices, and related peripheral devices.\nAssist in the support and administration of network cabling (install, terminate, and troubleshoot), telephone/voicemail systems, video conferencing, and multi-media A/V equipment.\nInstall and troubleshoot various end user software packages.\nMaintain and develop documentation and procedures, share knowledge and effectively communicate with end users, team members, and management.\nResearch, analyze, and test Information Systems solutions and assist in training of end-users.\nAssist with efficiency and cost reduction in Information Systems areas.\nParticipate in on-call support\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nAssociate degree in computer/network support and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nProficiency with Microsoft Windows-based clients and servers.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with networking devices, principals, and protocols.\nExperience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.\nKnowledge of IT Infrastructure security\nTraining in scissor and boom lift is required (ability to access network connections and equipment for installation, troubleshooting, and repair).\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
