In this role, you’ll serve as a concierge, workspace coordinator, and project partner across office, meeting, dining, and training environments. Marvin offers an extensive relocation benefit package that includes the movement of your household goods, temporary housing, and much more - in addition to a relocation counselor to assist you throughout the entire journey.\nHighlights of your role\nCreate a welcoming first impression by fulfilling guest requests, coordinating conference room calendars, and ensuring Destination Marvin spaces are organized, clean, supplied, and ready throughout the day.\n\nCoordinate food and beverage service by planning meals with the Destination Marvin team, maintaining HQ kitchen and food preparation areas, setting up and cleaning dining spaces, and delivering snacks, beverages, and supplies to the Installation training space.\n\nPrepare meeting and learning spaces by arranging rooms, supplies, and print materials, supporting participant needs, and partnering with the Learning Experience Manager, Experience Facilitators, and Warroad Hosts to deliver successful experiences.\n\nManage guest services inventory, Marvin-branded merchandise, mail, packages, and inter-office deliveries, including ordering, receiving, organizing, distributing, and tracking materials within established budgets.\n\nImplement daily office procedures, follow health and safety protocols, stay current on Emergency Response procedures, and assist with emergency response drills.\n\nLead and support projects that improve workforce management processes, strengthen concierge services through human-centered design, and advance Destination Marvin programming.\n\nBuild relationships with local food, dining, accommodation, community, and business partners whose services can enhance Destination Marvin programs and other business initiatives.\n\nProvide administrative and backup support for the Learning Experience team, Destination Marvin Coordinator and Specialists, Marvin events, holiday events, leadership gatherings, and other business functions.\n\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.\n\n2+ years of related experience, including experience managing projects and delivering objectives on time.\n\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet, plus strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and timely decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to lift 25 pounds and support the physical setup, breakdown, stocking, and upkeep of meeting, dining, office, and training spaces.\n\nAlso want to make sure you have\nA reliable, self-motivated, and proactive approach to changing needs and challenges.\n\nA welcoming, service-oriented presence that supports an uplifting workplace culture and encourages collaboration.\n\nThe ability to anticipate guest, participant, and team needs through a human-centered design approach.\n\nStrong relationship management and influencing skills to recommend and implement solutions with business stakeholders.\n\nThe judgment and flexibility to assess situations quickly, manage competing priorities, and provide backup support where needed.\n\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
