The Mechanical Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions.\nHighlights of your role\nSupport Maintenance to identify, problem solve, and resolve issues in production equipment.\nDesign, fabricate, develop, and test jigs/fixtures, material handling equipment, and production workstations.\nCollaborate with plant personnel to gather insights, diagnose issues, and determine root causes of equipment challenges\nAssist with equipment retrofits.\nAssist Manufacturing Engineers with daily issues.\nMaintain drawing accuracy and folder structure format.\nDevelop bill of materials and procure necessary materials.\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement activities within production and business processes.\nAssist in analyzing, identifying, and resolving production line problems and lead problem solving groups.\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering is required\nStrong understanding of mechanical design principles and materials\nProficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar)\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nDemonstrated, strong written and oral communication required\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
