This position will provide training to all employees, whether new to the company or cross training into a new role. This individual will use the Marvin values to provide a high level of customer service, patience, and support to those needing the training.\nThe Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for delivering technical and tactical training of hourly product and non-product builders (production team members).
