This position plays a critical role in driving quality excellence by providing leadership, strategic direction, and technical expertise. The Quality Lead ensures that quality systems are effectively implemented, standards are consistently met, and continuous improvement initiatives are actively pursued.\nIn addition to managing personnel and workflows, the Quality Lead collaborates cross-functionally with production, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve complex quality issues, monitor key performance indicators, and uphold compliance with internal and external standards.
