Projects are driven by reduction to cost of poor quality, process/product improvement, operations capital investment plan, overall ROI, product development initiatives and the operations business plan.\nHighlights of your role\nServe as the primary resource in the implementation and management of quality management system processes including, ISO & CE certifications and standard operating procedures.\nSupport engineering efforts to analyze, identify, and resolve production line problems in order to meet quality standards and specifications.\nServe as a resource to internal departments in order to resolve issues related to incoming parts and develop corrective actions.\nOrganize and schedule quality audits, develop and manage supporting documentation and communicate results.\nObserve continuous improvement testing efforts and coordinate root cause analysis of product failures.\nSupport Research and Development efforts to correct any issues with current products.\nAnalyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.\nLead cross-functional teams.\nDevelop strategies to reduce instances of field service calls.\nResearch measurement technology.\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering required\nDemonstrated, strong written and oral communication skills required\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite is required\nThree years project management experience required\nThree years process development/process improvement experience required\nThree years experience working with continuous improvement methodologies required\nSix Sigma certification/experience is a plus\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
