This position serves as the primary resource for document control and Learning Management System (LMS) support, helping ensure that employees have access to current procedures, required training is completed, and quality system records are maintained accurately and efficiently. The role also provides administrative and technical support for quality initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and compliance activities across the facility.\nHighlights of your role\nServes as the primary facility resource for document control processes and compliance. \nAdministers and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS) from a Quality perspective. \nCoordinates document revisions, approvals, releases, and record retention activities. \nAssigns, tracks, and reports on required employee training and compliance status. \nSupports internal and external audit preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities. \nMaintains quality records and ensures documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible. \nAssists with quality projects, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nPartners with departments across the facility to support quality system requirements and compliance. \nIdentifies opportunities to improve document control, training effectiveness, and audit readiness.\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nHigh School degree or GED preferred\nExperience in a manufacturing environment or prior quality experience preferred\nEnjoy flexibility and have strong communication skills\nStrong organizational and administrative skills. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. \nExperience managing multiple priorities and deadlines. \nStrong attention to detail and accuracy. \nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
