This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys keeping projects moving, supporting leaders, and improving team coordination.\nHighlights of your role\nCoordinate R&D programs, projects, timelines, milestones, and action items.\nSupport leadership meetings by preparing agendas, materials, presentations, notes, and follow-up communications.\nAssist with departmental planning, budgeting, reporting, purchasing, and resource coordination.\nServe as a central point of coordination for cross-functional communication and project updates.\nSupport department operations, onboarding activities, organizational resources, events, and process improvements.\nHandle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, business operations, executive support, or a related role.\nStrong organizational, communication, analytical, and follow-through skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and drive work to completion.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.\nAlso want to make sure you have\nExperience supporting an engineering, product development, or R&D organization.\nExperience coordinating strategic initiatives, project portfolios, or business operations activities.\nExperience creating executive-level presentations, dashboards, and leadership communications.\nFamiliarity with budgeting, resource planning, and financial reporting processes.\nExperience facilitating cross-functional teams and organizational initiatives.\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
