Focus on understanding how current processes are performing, identifying gaps, and delivering high impact improvements that scale across the operation.\nThis role owns and leads a range of projects based on business needs, from cross-functional initiatives to smaller improvements that can be implemented quickly. These efforts may include driving cost reduction, reduce material waste, and increasing throughput. Leverage data to diagnose performance gaps, prioritize opportunities, and quantify impact while ensuring sustainable results. You’ll spend time working directly with production team members to understand challenges, gather input, and turn ideas into workable solutions.\nThis role is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving complex production related problems and driving improvements.
