The Sr. CRM Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA, formerly known as Einstein Analytics) and Tableau.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, data analytics, and business intelligence, with the technical skills to present actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.\nHighlights of your role\nCollaborate with stakeholders across business units to define reporting and analytics requirements\nDevelop a deep understanding of business processes and customer journeys to connect them with data\nDesign and build intuitive Tableau and Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses, and stories to deliver actionable insights\nOptimize CRM Analytics performance by improving queries, creating scalable recipes, and designing reusable datasets\nLead data transformation processes, including dataflows and datasets; create dashboard wireframes and functional stories\nPrepare and cleanse data for visualization (profiling, partitioning, modeling, and volume assessment)\nAlign metrics across business units with strategic priorities\nMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and gaps that drive actionable insights\nCommunicate findings and present insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner\nStay current with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau features and recommend enhancements to existing solutions\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field\nExperience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik\nProven ability to tell compelling stories through data visualizations, especially CRM data\nDetail-oriented with strong focus on data accuracy and process standardization\n3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau and Salesforce reports\nStrong proficiency in Salesforce, including CRM Analytics and SAQL\nSkilled in dashboard visualization best practices\nExpertise in SQL and data manipulation languages; experience with ETL tools and APIs\nKnowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies\nStrong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills; experience managing large datasets\nExcellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExperience with additional Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)\nAlso want to make sure you have\nSalesforce certification in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant is highly preferred.\nExperience with Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.\nExperience with BigQuery, Google Analytics, and marketing attribution models. \nExperience mentoring other analysts and data engineers. \nMinimum five years of experience in data warehousing or data engineering\nFamiliarity with CI/CD practices (GitHub or Azure Repos) and workflow management frameworks (e.g., DBT)\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
