This role ensures continuity of leadership during the Supervisor’s absence and contributes to team development, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWork Schedule:\nFriday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm\nHighlights of your role\nCoach and train team members on processes, safety standards, and best practices.\nProvide input on performance reviews and corrective actions.\nSupport onboarding and cross-training to build workforce flexibility.\nFoster a positive, inclusive culture that promotes engagement and teamwork.\nCommunicate operational updates to team members and Supervisor.\nMonitor daily shift activities and adjust labor allocation to meet production goals.\nTrack attendance and address minor attendance issues promptly.\nEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards; report concerns and assist in investigations.\nMaintain accurate documentation and reporting for shift activities.\nIdentify and help resolve quality and productivity issues through root cause analysis.\nCollaborate with support departments to remove barriers and achieve goals.\nPromote a culture of safety and integrity by consistently following all safety protocols, reporting hazards, and engaging in training and initiatives.\nYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)\n1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.\nBilingual in Spanish and English required.\nPrior experience in leadership or team lead role is preferred.\nTraining in safety and quality systems (e.g., OSHA basics, Lean principles).\nKnowledge of leadership development or coaching practices.\nAbility to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite.\nDemonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.\nWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
