Positioned as a global centre of excellence, the Bodywear Value Stream combines advanced product innovation, technology-led solutions and operational scale to meet evolving consumer expectations across intimate and swim categories.\nEmpower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as a Technician - Research and Innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet up, maintain, and troubleshoot manual and programmable sewing machines to ensure smooth production operations.\nAssist in the development of virtual and physical prototypes, both internally and with partners, to support the creation of open innovation briefs.\nSupport the team in understanding technology requirements for new projects and growth platforms and contribute to identifying solutions for technological challenges.\nConduct research on adoptable technologies and support the identification of potential partners for collaborative projects.\nCommunicate with the team on proposed solutions and value propositions to support timely project delivery.\nAssist in identifying suitable technology platforms using appropriate tools to support the development of technology proposals.\nQualifications\nFollowing or completed a Professional Qualification or NDT in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronic, or Automation Engineering.\nOne year of relevant work experience in sewing machine maintenance will be an added advantage.\nMechanic course (Preferably from German Tech) SolidWorks/ Fusion 360 knowledge.
