Biyagama\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport senior executives to meet customer requirements and manage commercialization activities. \nEnsure timely execution of T&A and critical path milestones. \nCoordinate raw material delivery and PO quantity fulfillment. \nPlan cut dates and provide early warning on delays. \nRecommend price, MOQ, and MCQ improvements. \nClarify tech pack requirements with customers. \nManage development calendars and meet project deadlines. \nSupport new product development and business growth initiatives. \nMaintain costing, BOM, PLM, and Salesforce updates accurately. \nProcure raw materials as per BOM specifications.\nMonitor style progress and replenish shortages or damages. \nProvide accurate documentation to cross-functional teams. \nFollow up on supplier payments and material deliveries. \nEngage production teams on risks and mitigation plans. \nConduct customer risk analysis meetings. \nMaintain strong stakeholder relationships and communication. \nSource and negotiate raw materials, pricing, and delivery terms. \nSupport smooth transition from development to bulk production. \nCoordinate sample development and prototype delivery. \nConduct internal risk assessment meetings. \nFollow up fit samples through to approval stage.\nCoordinate clarifications with regional product development teams. \nUpdate lab-dip trackers and initiate colour developments. \nShare updated BOMs and colour charts with teams.\nSupport launch sampling, raw material costing, and sourcing. \nManage colour sample processes and system updates. \nDrive lean and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.\nQualifications and Skills.\n1 - 2 years of relevant work experience\nDegree/ Management qualification in a relevant field \nProfessional - Fully Qualified \nPrior knowledge in bulk order execution is highly advantageous \nMathematics background \nExcellent communication and negotiation skills \nKnowledge on Product Development, styles and samples \nTeamwork and collaboration -
