This will be a great opportunity to further your subject knowledge and gain hands on experience while accelerating your personal development.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport leadership teams during key development and integration stages identify basic automation opportunities to simplify tasks and reduce skill dependency.\n\nSupport efforts to optimize machine usage by identifying ways to reduce machine requirements for layouts and ensuring machines are available for production.\n\nAttend meetings for new customer inquiries and product development projects to understand requirements.\n\nAssist in preparing accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculations and costing information for new styles.\n\nSupport factories by clarifying sewing methods, SMV calculations and addressing production-related concerns.\n\nHelp identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.\n\nAssist in resolving issues during production start-up and ongoing production by coordinating with relevant teams.\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nFinal year undergraduate or Graduate in Physical Science, Operations Management, Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.\n\nAbility to effectively communicate information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing, to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment.\n\nProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing positively to shared goals and supporting overall team success.\n\nProficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to efficiently manage documents, data, and
