Key Responsibilities
- Handle six modules.
- Engage in line balancing activities.
- Hand over Standard Worksheets (STWs) along with the IE pack to the GL.
- Participate in GL training and 5S improvement projects in stores.
- Follow up on daily bottlenecks and Yamazumi.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, NDT, Physical Science, or a related field.
- Sound communication skill both in English and Sinhala.
- Strong leadership skills.
