We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the merchandising and supply chain process to ensure production process occurs as per agreed timelines, by negotiating, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and final buyer to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and garments.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nFollow up on the customer calendar, ensuring timely completion of key activities and detailed planning with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.\nExecute critical path activities, complete system-related tasks (e.g., booking forms) accurately and on time, and maintain clear customer communication on orders/liabilities.\nManage procurement by ensuring adequate raw material availability, accurate inventory data, supplier payments, and strong supplier relationships with effective price negotiations.\nImplement and monitor detailed time & action plans for smooth order management, regularly updating stakeholders.\nConsolidate and manage raw material arrivals, monitor stock levels, and control write-offs and liabilities to support factory service requirements.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\n Graduated in Marketing, Business Management or currently in Final Year or any other qualification (CIM/ CIMA) in a relevant field / Professional -
