On behalf of our esteemed corporate clients, we invite applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the following roles:
General Manager (4 Positions)
Sectors: Mining, energy, extractives, manufacturing and industrial operations.
Role overviewThe General Manager will lead operational performance, business planning, regulatory coordination and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that operations remain commercially sustainable and appropriately controlled.
Key responsibilitiesLead business operations and implementation of strategic objectives.
Manage operational budgets, performance indicators and resource allocation.
Monitor regulatory obligations, licences and operational compliance.
Oversee supplier, contractor and other material commercial relationships.
Coordinate workforce management and operational risk controls.
Engage with regulators, business partners and other stakeholders.
Identify operational improvements and opportunities for sustainable growth.
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a relevant industry discipline.
Minimum 5 to 7+ years of operational experience in industrial, energy, or extraction sectors, with at least 2 years in top-tier executive or operational leadership.
Demonstrated leadership, commercial judgment and financial accountability.
Strong stakeholder-management and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with applicable sector regulations and operational compliance requirements.
