reliability, and business value.\nHelp establish reusable standards, documentation, and solution patterns for AI-enabled automation.\nWHAT YOU BRING:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in application development, automation engineering, business systems, analytics engineering, or a related technical field, including hands-on responsibility for building and deploying workflow automations, business applications, or system integrations.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio.\nExperience with Azure and Fabric IQ. \nExperience supporting solutions through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing support using structured application lifecycle practices.\nProficiency in SQL and at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience with Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, or modern analytics platforms.\nExperience deploying Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-enabled workflow
