As part of the Procurement COE, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of procurement strategies across various domains, including Sourced Finished Goods, Direct Materials, Indirect Services, and Transportation.\nThe Procurement COE Analyst will support strategic procurement activities, including spend analysis, savings analysis, RFx development and execution, and data-driven opportunity identification. This role also supports information gathering, data consolidation, and reporting to enable more informed decision-making and improve procurement performance.\nResponsibilities\nPerform complex data analysis, including spendandsavingsanalysis,tosupport sourcing decisions and supplier award recommendations.\n\nDevelop a detailed understanding of the data under analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, andtimelydelivery of required information.\n\nLearn, effectively apply, and act as a steward of the Masco Strategic Sourcing Process.\n\nAct as the Project Managerfor assigned sourcinginitiatives,supporting executionfrom launch to execution,includingmaintainingtimelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables.\n\nBuild and distribute RFx documents to external suppliers.\n\nParticipate in the ideation process, using data to unlock opportunities and build the Procurement funnel.\n\nNavigate seamlessly throughout the organization during data gathering and analysis activities, encouraging relationships with partners across the business\n\nSupport members of the Procurement COE and Category Sourcing teams by analyzing data to help achieve common goals.\n\nApply established standard methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency of COE processes and deliverables.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related technical fieldrequired.\n\n2+ years of experience in an analytical role. Experience in Procurement, Logistics/Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related fields preferred.\n\nStrong analytical skills andexpertisein technical applications (e.g., Excel, Power BI).\n\nComfortable manipulating large data sets andapplyinganalytical skills to drive and influence business decisions.\n\nEffective problem-solving and project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.\n\nBasic business financial knowledge.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in crafting presentations and other high-quality deliverables.\n\nComfortable presenting to executive-level collaborators and other cross-functional leadership.\n\nAbility to manage constructive and cooperative working relationships, often without introduction, and function effectively on a team.\n\nDemonstrates self-confidence, integrity, and initiative in a challenging work environment.\n\nCompany: Masco\nFull timeHiring Range: $56,900.00 - $89,320.00 USDActual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.Masco Corporation (the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer and we strive to employ the most qualified individuals for every position.
