Masco is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of branded home improvement and building products.\nWhat you will do\nAs part of the Mercury Plastics Executive Leadership Team, the General Manager (GM) will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business plans and strategies to ensure corporate objectives for the product categories are achieved. Key responsibilities include leading the entire strategy and operations for the business unit, P&L management, business development and developing multi-year strategic and financial plans for the business.\nHow you will do it\nOperational & Strategic Leadership\nLead the development and execution of strategic business plans. Establish performance metrics and drive organizational alignment across all functions. The GM will also oversee Operations (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain & quality) where they play a key role in optimizing process efficiencies and continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, this leader will have P&L accountability and financial oversight of budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. \nCustomer & Market Focus\nMaintain strong relationships with key customers and develop new business opportunities for expanding custom products & solutions. There will be a major focus on expanding market share and growing revenue for the Electron Beam Processing business while continuing to maintain the core product portfolio. \nTeam & Culture\nPromote a culture of innovation, operational excellence, continuous improvement and employee engagement.
