This role will work with other graphic designers and managers to bring brand and channel assets to life following our guidelines. The primary focus will be designing marketing materials including sell sheets, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, signage, advertisements, literature, showroom and tradeshow graphics, etc.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nApply design strategy and knowledge to all visual content to target our decision makers\nMaintain consistency with our brand and its visual message\nTranslate stakeholder needs and project objectives into compelling visual graphics\nProvide a superior polish on all final images and graphics\nContinually improve processes, shorten lead times and increase efficiency\nSelf-manage project priorities, timelines and resources, and ensure assets are delivered on time\nEasily navigate between creative work and production work\nConcept, create and enhance design templates\nMake edits to existing graphics\nOverall graphic design duties:\nAsset creation for launch support\nRetail POP design\nSell sheets, brochures and other literature\nDigital, web or campaign graphic creation\nUnderstand and utilize best practices to prep working files for print production\nEvent support projects\nProcess, edit and modify photography in Photoshop\nUpload and tag assets in our DAM (Digital Asset Management system)\nThis is a hybrid role in our Carmel, Indiana headquarters.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:\nBachelor degree in communication arts, graphic design or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. \n5+ years of experience within a design team or agency\nAdvanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite\nStrong understanding and comfort level with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator\nAdded bonus: Lightroom or Firefly\nExperience in UX design tools such as Figma\nExperience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required\nStrong understanding of branding, with experience designing across multiple mediums (digital, print, slideware, social, motion).\nExcellent project management skills required\nExtremely well organized\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to meet deadlines with minimal oversight\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nProactive in sharing work and open to feedback.\nDesign portfolio required\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
