This is a 14-month contract.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nThe Manager, Talent & Development, and HR Analytics is responsible for leading and executing talent and learning development strategies that enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational success. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing leadership development, training programs, and career development initiatives. The Manager works closely with business leaders to identify talent gaps, create targeted development plans, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The position also plays a key role in talent assessments, succession planning, and driving employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and values.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES? \nTalent Management\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy, including talent gap analysis, succession planning, talent reviews, high-potential identification, and workforce capability planning aligned with business and people objectives.\nOwn and lead the annual performance management cycle, including objective setting and cascading, mid-year and year-end reviews, calibration processes, and continuous performance improvement practices.\nCollaborate with Talent COE at HQ to lead and execute strategic Talent Management programs and projects, including succession planning, talent assessments, and other initiatives that support talent retention and growth.\nDrive leadership capability development initiatives such as Mentorship that strengthen bench strength, support future business needs, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.\nLearning & Development\nPartner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and design, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions using a blended learning approach.\nLead the execution of key learning and development programs, including Everything DiSC assessments and training, higher education policy deployment and validation, leadership development programs for Area Managers, Lead Hands, and first-time leaders, and Inclusion & Belonging learning initiatives.\nEvaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using participant feedback, business outcomes, and industry best practices to continuously improve learning experiences and program impact.\nCurate and promote a culture of continuous learning, utilize SharePoint for weekly communication, managing external partnerships, managing the internal higher educational policy and deploying innovative development opportunities to support employee growth and engagement.\nHR Analytics\nLead HR reporting and workforce analytics to monitor key people metrics (Headcount, Talent KPIs, Turnover etc), identify trends, and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.\nOwn monthly headcount reporting and workforce tracking to support accurate business and financial reporting.\nSupport workforce and people-cost planning by analyzing headcount, compensation assumptions, and forecast variances.\nWHAT WILL YOU BRING?\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). \nRelevant certifications in Talent, Development, and Learning\nAdvanced mentoring and coaching skills \nStrong leadership, project and change management skills \nProven experience in talent management, learning, and development, or a similar role, with expertise in talent strategy, succession planning, and blended learning approaches. \nStrong understanding of performance management processes and methodologies, including objective setting and mid-year reviews. \nDemonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, with experience integrating inclusion and belonging principles into talent development strategies. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. \nAnalytical mindset with the ability to manage HR KPIs for business reporting.\nContinuously update knowledge on industry trends and best practices in talent development, incorporating innovative approaches into programs. \nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?\nCompetitive Rewards and Compensation\nDefined Contribution Registered Pension Plan with employer matching\nDeferred Profit-Sharing Plan (DPSP)\nBenefit insurance coverage from Day 1, including health, dental, and travel insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program (Dialogue) -
