This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the technologies that enable our plants to operate efficiently every day.\nReporting to the Plant Operations Technology Leader, you will oversee local Plant Operations Technology teams, provide day-to-day leadership, and partner closely with plant operations to deliver exceptional support and technology solutions that drive business results.\nResponsibilities\nLead and Develop a High-Performing Team\nCoach, mentor, and develop a team of Plant Operations Technology professionals.\nSet performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nManage team priorities, workloads, and resource allocation to ensure effective support across facilities.\nDrive Operational Excellence\nOversee support for plant endpoint technologies, including scanners, tablets, printers, mobile devices, labeling systems, and shop-floor workstations.\nEnsure timely resolution of technology incidents and minimize operational disruptions.\nCoordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.\nExecute Technology Initiatives\nLead local deployment and implementation of operational technology (OT) and infrastructure solutions.\nSupport testing, training, adoption, and go-live activities for plant technology projects.\nEnsure new technologies are successfully integrated into plant operations.\nPartner with Operations\nBuild strong relationships with plant leadership and operational teams.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, technology reliability, and the associate experience.\nParticipate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business value.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, operational technology, or infrastructure environments.\nPrior leadership experience, including leading teams, projects, or technical resources.\nExperience supporting endpoint technologies such as scanners, mobile devices, printers, and labeling systems.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing and distribution processes and supporting technologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), PLC-connected environments, or industrial technologies.\nKnowledge of endpoint management platforms and device deployment processes.\nFamiliarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.\nLean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or related certifications.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
