We are looking for a Quality Control II.\nThe Quality Control II will, under general supervision, performs a variety of quality control tests/inspections on products, component, etc. to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards. Applying advanced experience and knowledge with procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to record statistical data, analyze data, and write summaries to validate or show deviations from standards. Will resolve routine and semi-complex questions and problems.\nJob responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:\nInspects incoming materials against color standards.\nVerifies that product is free of visual defects.\nInterprets engineering blueprints and drawings.\nPerforms dimensional inspection of incoming product according to drawings and inspection plans.\nCompletes quality inspection reports including non-conforming material reports.\nPerforms 1st Article inspection.\nNotifies the production supervisor of quality issues and non-conformances.\nIdentifies and segregates non-conforming material.\nPerforms housekeeping activities in the production area.\nAdheres to and promotes all company safety rules and requirements\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.
